For the past three weeks I have been interning at University Career Services while taking a Maymester class. During this internship I was provided with the opportunity to work closely with a large variety of UCS counselors and other staff to get to know more about exactly what each person does. Although I only spent a mere three weeks with UCS, I view my time here as invaluable.

There are many myths concerning University Career Services. Myths like you have to have a blue suit to come to UCS or that you should only put your GPA on your resume if it is above 3.5 have been around for years. Both of those myths are untrue by the way.
