Getting to know the 2012-2013 Career Peers: Lindsay Allen

My name is Lindsay Allen, and I am a junior here at our wonderful school.  I hail from a small town in North Carolina called Whitsett, which is between Greensboro and Burlington.  I am BSBA major, with a concentration in marketing and finance.  I am really excited to be a part of 2012-2013 Career Peers! I hope to help students discover possible career paths, and help students succeed in preparing for their careers.

This summer I am working in customer service for a small company.  On my days off, I can be found by the pool, and reading a book. Aside from that, I will be traveling to Huntsville, Alabama for a week to visit a friend.  Also, in mid-July, I am going to Holden Beach with my extended family.  By taking an academic rest this summer break, I’ll be ready for the new 2012-2013 school year!
