Acceptance or Decline Letters
When offered a position, you usually will need to write an Acceptance or a Decline Letter. These should be typed, follow standard business format, and be on good quality 81/2x 11 paper. See Sample Acceptance and Decline Letters.

Information Interview Letters
As you conduct your job search, you may ask professionals to provide information about their career. You may want to visit an employer to conduct an Information Interview. You may email the professional or write a letter to request for an information interview. See Sample Information Interview Letter.

After the information interview, remember to write a thank you letter!
