Roderick is the Director of External Relations, Marketing, and Analytics at UCS; and he also serves as Second-in-Command of UCS in absence of the Executive Director. Roderick develops the overall strategy for how UCS connects external stakeholders with internal stakeholders to support experiential learning and recruitment (career and graduate school) initiatives for students, employer sponsorship and partnership programs, the overall strategy for marketing UCS services and resources (internally and externally), and the overall strategy for selecting the Signature UCS Key Performance Indicators that are influenced by UCS Monthly Activity Metrics.
