UCS offers several career events throughout the year to help you connect with our students.

Part-Time Job Fair - September 10th at 10:00 A.M - 4:00 P.M

**This Fair will be Virtual and hosted on Handshake**

This fair brings together employers who are seeking students for part-time job opportunities. Typically this fair attracts companies in the local Chapel Hill area who are seeking student workers in addition to employers who have jobs that can be done remotely. Students from various majors attend this Fair to seek jobs to support their financial needs, transferable skill-building, and even to satisfy academic credits related to experiential education courses that require 8-12 hours work per week.

Carolina STEM/Healthcare/Business Career Fair - September 16th at 9:00 A.M – 6:00 P.M

**This Fair will be Virtual and hosted on CareerEco**

This fair (formerly Tech Job Fair) brings together employers who are primarily seeking to fill Summer Internship and Full-Time Job roles with students from STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics), Healthcare, and Business related majors.

This event is open to all UNC majors, but is targeted towards STEM, Healthcare, and Business related majors which include: Astronomy, Biology, Chemistry, Computer science, Engineering, Earth sciences, Health Sciences, Information Technology, Mathematics, Physics, Finance, Operations, Entrepreneurship, Marketing & Sales, Real Estate, and more!

● Promote your full-time and summer internship opportunities to students studying in STEM, Healthcare, and Business-related majors that bring technical, problem solving, data analysis, and decision-making skills.

Carolina Humanities/Social Sciences (All Majors) Career Fair - September 17th at 9:00 A.M – 6:00 P.M

**This Fair will be Virtual and hosted on CareerEco**

As the oldest and largest unit on campus, the College of Arts & Sciences forms the academic core of the Carolina experience. More than 75 percent of students will graduate with at least one major from the College. This Fair brings together employers who are seeking to fill Summer Internship and Full-Time Job roles.

(Formerly Fall Job & Internship Expo) This virtual career fair is open to ALL UNC majors but is targeted towards Humanities and Social Sciences majors, which include: Communications (Journalism, Media Production, Strategic Communication), Economics, English, History, Political Science, Military Science, Sociology, Anthropology, Philosophy, Women's Gender, and Sexuality Studies, African American Studies, Romance Languages (Spanish, Portuguese, French, Italian), and more!

This Fair brings together employers who are seeking to fill Summer Internship and Full-Time Job roles in all levels of education, government, and nonprofit agencies. The fair allows candidates to pursue professional opportunities and internships in Industries that include: K-12 Education, Higher Education, Government, Defense, International Affairs, Politics, Religious Work, Social Assistance, Non-Profits, and NGO’s. This event is open to all UNC majors and is targeted towards students seeking jobs in these industries.

NC Master's and Doctoral Career Fair - October 29th at 12:00 – 5:00 P.M

Duke University, NC State University, UNC–Chapel Hill, UNC–Charlotte, UNC–Greensboro, and Wake Forest University.

Click here to register to attend the 19th Annual NC Master's & Doctoral Career Fair! This is the opportunity to gain visibility for your organization, collect resumes/CVs, conduct brief screening interviews and build relationships with candidates to meet your hiring goals.

Attended by hundreds of advanced degree alumni, candidates and postdocs in all disciplines who have two years or less to completion of their Master's degree, Ph.D., Ed.D. or postdoctoral appointment. This event is not open to MBA students.

Law School Information Fair - November 10th at 12:00 – 4:00 P.M

**This Fair will be Virtual and hosted on CareerEco. Register on Handshake**

This event provides a unique opportunity for students and alumni considering law school to meet virtually with law school admissions representatives from across the country. Over 90 law schools typically attend this event. Students from various majors have traditionally attended this fair and student attendance has grown each year. UNC’s Pre-Law Advising team partners with University Career Services to promote the Law School Information Fair.

UNC-CH 2020 Nursing Job Fair has gone virtual this year and will be held on Handshake on Thursday, November 12th from 3:00 – 6:00 P.M.
