RFKHR John Lewis Young Leaders with UNC Info Session and Application Workshop*

The John Lewis Young Leaders program is a year-long fellowship that prepares college students for a future in community organizing and civic engagement. Applications for the 2025-2026 cohort are open January 6th - February 28th 2025. Fellowship benefits include:
- $2,000 stipend
- $1,000 action fund to support you facilitating your capstone project
- All expenses paid in person summer retreat
- 1:1 mentorship and monthly professional development and civic organizing workshops
This informational session will provide people with more information on the program, model capstone projects, tips on writing an application, benefits of the program, and more.
Who’s eligible?
- Undergraduate students with an expected graduation date of or after May 2026
- Must be enrolled in a 2 or 4 year accredited program at a university or college in the United States
