Victoria is the Assistant Director of Employer Engagement at the UNC Career Center, where she focuses on expanding employer partnerships and advancing career readiness initiatives for students. With a strong background in student development and a commitment to supporting underrepresented communities. Victoria is a first-generation college graduate and loves giving back to the community. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, traveling, spoiling her niece and nephew, and cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs. Fun fact: she collects a mini snowglobe from every place she travels!
