Spring 2026 Recruitment Bundles: FAQs

Q: When do the Spring Recruitment Bundle packages expire?

A: Employers must schedule use of their bundle offering by April 3, 2026. The Career Fairs included in these bundles are only for Spring 2026 fairs. Any unused portion of your bundle will be forfeited after May 15, 2026.

Q: Which Career Fairs can I register for to get the bundle discount?

A: We have two Career Fairs in Spring 2026:

  • Jobs & Internships Career Fair: January 28, 2026
  • Health Professions & Schools Fair: March 24, 2026

Q: Can I host a virtual information session or does it have to be in person?

A: Bundles are for in-person information sessions only. Virtual information sessions will not be included in the bundles. For more information on info sessions, click here.

Q: What is included in the Marketing Promos:

A: The marketing promos include:

  • Increased job visibility in Handshake (Custom Collections)
  • Jobs featured in UNC Career Center student & faculty/staff newsletters
  • Jobs promoted through UNC Career Center social media platforms
  • Graphics displayed on UNC-CH lobby screens
  • Jobs promoted in emails to the Carolina Career Community 
  • Inclusion in the Resume Book

Q: What networking events can I except to participate in as a part of the bundle?

A: This may include Industry Snack & Chat events (depending on your industry), alumni networking events, panel discussions, workshops, etc.

Mailing Packages to the UNC Career Center

If you would like to mail your package to the UNC Career Center’s Hanes Hall offices, we will receive it on your behalf in advance of your visit to campus. Company representatives must mark their package with “On-Campus Recruitment” on the package. You can mail your package to the following address:
