2025 Grads – Where are you headed?

Annually, the UNC Career Center asks graduating students to complete the First Destination Survey (FDS), a national study of undergraduate and graduate student paths.

2025 Tar Heel Grads – please take the survey here and tell us where you’re going after your time at Carolina. Your responses help us evolve our programming so that we can ensure all students get the career readiness support they need to thrive.

FDS analyzes the following post-graduation outcomes:

Types of employment.
Continuing education.
Still seeking either employment or further education.
Starting salary for those employed full time.
