Assistant Director of Assessment & Analytics

Do you love data and the role it plays in making strategic decisions? The Assistant Director of Data & Assessment plays a pivotal role @UNC Career Center by leading data-informed decision-making, continuous improvement efforts, and measuring outcomes. In this position you will design and implement assessment strategies, manage data collection and analysis, and provide actionable insights to help us better serve Carolina students, alumni, and potential employers.

This is a hybrid, full-time position.

Associate Director of Career Training & Academic Partnerships

Are you passionate and experienced in curriculum development & career development? The Associate Director of Career Training & Academic Partnerships (CTAP) will lead career course development for UNC Career Center. This includes design of credit-bearing career courses, expanding academic partnerships to integrate career education into the curriculum campus-wide, and directing faculty & staff training programs related to career readiness. You will also oversee the Career Champions network to cultivate a university-wide community that shares ownership of student career development.

This is a hybrid, full-time temporary position.
