First Destination: Student Outcomes

Annually, UNC Career Center asks graduating students to complete the First Destination Survey (FDS), so we can share post-graduation outcomes and continue to evolve our programs to ensure Tar Heels are career ready.

FDS analyzes the following post-graduation outcomes:

  • Types of employment
  • Continuing education
  • Still seeking either employment or further education
  • Starting salary for those employed full time
