Spring 2025 Career Fairs

UCS Spring 2025 Job & Internship Fair - January 28, 2025

The Spring Job & Internship Fair will be held on January 28, 2025. This event brings together employers and university representatives recruiting early talent for internships, part-time and full-time employment. Undergraduate and graduate students from all majors are welcome to attend this event. We encourage employers from all industries to register, from non-profit and government agencies, to tech, finance, healthcare and the arts.

Location & Time:

  • Rams Head Recreation Center from 10:00AM-3:00PM.

Registration Fees:

Early Bird Rates (before December 6, 2024)

  • $700 - Standard For-Profit Organizations
  • $300 - Non-Profit/Government Organizations
  • $100- UNC Affiliated Organization

      Regular Rates (December 7, 2024 - January 10, 2025)

      • $800 for profit 
      • $375 nonprofits 
      • $200 for UNC affiliated organizations 

      Additional Rep Fee: The flat fee covers two representatives at no extra cost. Any additional representatives beyond the initial two will incur an additional charge of $75 each, with a maximum of four representatives allowed.

      Registration Deadline:

      • Early Bird Registration: November 5 - December 6, 2024 at 11:55PM
      • Regular Registration: December 7 - January 10 at 11:55PM

        Note: Invoicing will begin on November 11, 2024

        Payment Deadline:

        January 10, 2025 at 5:00PM.

        UNC Computer Science Spring 2025 Tech Career Fair (Two-Night Hybrid Event) - January 29 & 30

        Join the UNC Department of Computer Science for our two-night hybrid career fair to connect with computer science and data science majors and share your open job and internship opportunities.

        Dates:

        • Night One: In-Person - JAN 29, 2025
        • Night Two: Virtual - JAN 30, 2025

        Time:

        • Night One: In-Person - 6:00 - 9:00 PM 
        • Night Two: Virtual - 6:00 - 8:30 PM

        • Night One: In-Person - Carolina Union, Great Hall
        • Night Two: Virtual - Handshake

        UCS Health Schools & Professions Information Fair - March 25, 2025

        The Health Schools & Professions Information Fair will be held on March 25, 2025. This event is designed to expose undergraduate and graduate students to graduate and professional school opportunities in the healthcare and health-related fields. We invite admissions recruiters and graduate school representatives to register for this event to promote your graduate programs.

        Location & Time:

        • Rams Head Recreation Center from 12:00PM-3:00PM.

        Registration Fees:

        Early Bird Rates (before December 6, 2024)

        • $500 Flat Rate

              Regular Rates (December 7, 2024 - January 10, 2025)

              • $600 Flat Rate

                  Are you interested in helping students prepare for the Career Fairs and Spring recruitment? Whether you are passionate about helping students grow in their career readiness or looking for ways to give back to your alma mater, we welcome you to sign up for our Pre-Fair events!                   First Steps for New Employers and Recruiters

                  If you are new to engaging with our office, welcome! All career, education, and networking fairs will be conducted either virtually or in person. Handshake is the main platform for UCS-facilitated fairs. UCS also promotes in-person fairs hosted by a consortium of schools and virtual fairs on Handshake and other platforms. Your first step will be to connect with us on Handshake and review our job posting policies.                   Employers can engage with students through UCS-facilitated and department-based fairs and recruitment events. Various events occur throughout the academic year, some open to all majors and others specific to certain departments.                   Following the career fair, we encourage you to consider hosting your interviews on campus. On-campus Interviews provide employers with direct access to a talented pool of students eager to make an impact in their respective fields.
