The UNC Career Center hosts several career fairs each year. Organizations interested in participating and engaging with UNC-Chapel Hill students at these fairs can register through Handshake. Payment
Registration and payment will be reviewed by our team. When payment is successful you will receive a receipt through Handshake and your registration status will be approved. For virtual fairs, we require employers to complete and add their 1:1 Sessions and/or Group Sessions before the registration deadline.
The Career Center only accepts AMEX, Visa, and MasterCard. Checks or wire transfers are not acceptable.
Outstanding Payments:
Failure to pay an outstanding balance (including registration or representative and late fees) within 90 business days of the event will result in the loss of access to attending future Career Center events and no longer having access to make Handshake postings for UNC-CH.
Outstanding balances not received after 90 days will be referred to the UNC collections office.
Cancellation and Refund Policies
Organizations must provide at least three weeks’ notice to the Career Center to receive a full refund for a canceled registration. Cancellations made with less than three weeks’ notice, as well as no-shows, are not eligible for a refund. Any outstanding fees associated with the event will be charged to the organization’s account and must be paid in full before participating in future recruiting events or campus engagement activities.
In the event that the University closes operations, the Career Center will cancel the event and issue a full refund to all participants.
