Justin is an experienced career services professional with 10+ years of experience working with college students.  He has supervised 200+ young professionals in the Peer Career Ambassador Program and helped 5,600 students with their career development needs.  He is known for his positive personality and his friendly personality.  Justin loves working with students and helping them realize their strengths, goals and purpose.  His Myers Briggs is ISFJ and his top 5 Clifton Strengths include Empathy, Harmony, Developer, Relator, and Adaptability.
