Laura Colavito is an Assistant Director of Career Education, providing advising services to undergraduate and graduate students. Prior to joining UNC, she spent 4 years in career advising at Georgia Tech and 10+ years in various corporate recruiting and higher education roles, including campus recruiting for commercial and federal consulting at Deloitte, managing on-campus recruiting for the School of Business at George Washington University, and application review for the Morehead-Cain Scholarship program. She is passionate about leveraging her industry experience and counseling background to empower students as they begin their career journeys. Laura has a B.A. in History from the University of Virginia (wahoowa!) and M.A. in School Counseling from George Washington University.
