Maria leads data and assessment efforts that support evidence-based decision-making, strategic planning, and continuous improvement across UNC Career Center programs and services. She brings more than 20 years of experience in higher education, including over 15 years of expertise in institutional research, assessment, and effectiveness. Maria is passionate about using data to strengthen career education, enhance student success, and improve career outcomes. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, music, art, and photography.
