Engage With Students

Students today crave authentic connection with their work. UNC Career Center is here to help you engage with students and student organizations and boost your on- and off-campus recruiting.
UNC Career Center employer engagement event

Employers have the opportunity to connect with Carolina students outside of traditional recruiting by getting involved in events hosted by the University Career Center. From volunteering at our Pre-Fair Resume Blitz to participating in mixers, panels, and networking events, you’ll have meaningful ways to build relationships and increase your brand presence on campus. Additionally, employers can connect directly with student organizations through Heel Life, UNC’s student involvement platform

STUDENT ENGAGEMENT OPPORTUNITIES

Student Organizations & Clubs

At UNC-Chapel Hill, we work with all student organizations to connect them with employers and alumni for career exploration, development, and recruitment. With more than 800 student clubs and organizations, there are many opportunities for employers and alumni to connect with student org leaders seeking to help their members get prepared for the world of work and expand their network.

Heel Life: Student Organization Database

Employers can view the UNC student organization database, Heel Life, and browse through the active organizations. You can use the categories tab to tailor your search. You can view the database by clicking here.

Fraternities & Sororities

Were you a former Greek Life member or are you interested in recruiting from a Greek Life organization? Fraternity & Sorority Life is committed to working with students through their fraternity and sorority experience to build a Fraternity and Sorority Community where students can have a positive collegiate experience. We believe that the leadership opportunities provided through membership in a fraternity or sorority are endless and will be an outstanding part of a students life during their time here at Carolina! You can view the active organizations and more information here.
