Spring Recruitment Bundling
Welcome to our Spring 2024 Recruitment Bundles, designed to streamline your organization’s recruiting efforts with the Career Center at UNC Chapel Hill! Each bundle offers a unique combination of recruitment activities curated to engage with top Tar Heel talent. Whether you’re seeking to raise your brand visibility or conduct focused recruitment sessions, our Employer Engagement team will help you select the bundle that best aligns with your organization’s goals.
How it works:
- Review the bundle packages below.
- Register for the bundle based on what is listed under the "How to Register" column
- Under the "registration types" section, click the bundle of your preference
- Once you submit your registration, a member of the Employer Engagement team will follow up with you to help you schedule the activities within the bundle

Spring Recruitment Bundles: FAQs
Q: When do the Spring Recruitment Bundle packages expire?
A: Employers must use their bundle offering by May 1, 2025. The Career Fairs included in these bundles are only for Spring 2025 fairs. Any unused portion of your bundle will be forfeited after May 1, 2025.
Q: Which Career Fairs can I register for to get the bundle discount?
A: Here are the Spring 2024 Career Fairs to choose from:
- Spring Job & Internship Fair (January 28, 2025)
- Health Schools Professions & Information Fair (March 25, 2025)
Q: Can I host a virtual information session or does it have to be in person?
A: The bundle is for in-person information sessions only. Virtual information sessions will not be included in the bundles. For more information on info sessions, click here.
Q: What is included in the Marketing Promos:
A: The Marketing Promos include:
- Increased job visibility in Handshake (Custom Collections)
- Add jobs to Internships Newsletter, Career Chronicle, and Faculty Career Newsletter
- Promote jobs through social media platforms
- Graphics displayed on university TV screens
- Email promotion to Carolina Career Community
- Resume Book for jobs or internships
Q: What Networking Events can I except to participate in as a part of the bundle?
A: This may include Industry Snack and Chat event (depending on your industry), Alumni Networking events, panel discussions, workshops, etc.

Mailing Packages to Hanes Hall
If you would like to mail your package to Hanes Hall, our office will receive it on your behalf in advance of your visit to campus. Company representatives must mark their package with "On-Campus Recruitment" on the package. You can mail your package to the following address:
