Who? Employers from all industries and sizes are welcome to schedule on-campus interviews. Regardless of company size or whether your organization was recently founded as a start-up, we invite all employers to host interviews in the UCS Interview Suite. In the description of your interview slot, you can indicate what student populations or majors you are looking to recruit.

When? For the Fall semester, on-campus interviews typically occur between late August to early December. For the Spring semester, they typically occur between early January to late April. You will find the interview schedules listed on Handshake under the "Request Interview Schedule" tab. We encourage employers to schedule interviews around career fair season, during pre-scheduled on-campus visits, and prior to the end of classes.

Employer Tip: It is helpful to students when employers post job or internship opportunity on Handshake prior to their on-campus interview to help them better prepare and research your company.
