Apprentice Business Analyst Program
PCG looks for talented and results-oriented recent college graduates with drive, determination, and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment. Goals of the ABA program include the development of core competencies, such as achievement orientation, business process analysis, client orientation, relationship building and other technical consulting skills, which are essential for a successful Business Analyst at PCG. A PCG ABA works on challenging assignments in various settings alongside senior consulting staff members to gain diverse project experience and knowledge. As an ABA, your growth is built through serving a diverse client base in various settings, playing an integral role on our project teams
As an intern at PCG you will develop knowledge about the world of management consulting in the public sector through exposure to several product lines. You will develop the skills necessary to be a successful consultant by working closely with different consultants and operations staff. Students are exposed to many facets of a deadline-oriented, fast paced environment where the goal of our operations and consulting staff is to meet the needs of our clients that primarily represent the state and federal government agencies, and school districts. Much of our work revolves around the use of technology, policy and financial management functions.
