National Alumni Career Mobility Survey

The UNC Career Center proudly presents the National Alumni Career Mobility Survey (NACM), which gathers post-graduation outcomes from alumni who graduated 5 and 10 years ago. NACM’s goal is to better understand educational satisfaction, career pathways, career satisfaction, economic mobility, and community engagement. The first survey was launched in November 2022 to alumni from the Class of 2012 and Class of 2017.

NACM analyzes factors that can influence overall career mobility:

  • Completing internships or experiences related to current career.
  • Receiving helpful career advice.
  • Creating a career plan.
  • Networking with employers.
  • Understanding career opportunities.
  • Learning critical thinking skills.
