Peace Corps Community Economic Development Info. Session - 1/18 at 5:30 - 6:30 pm                     

Volunteers work with development banks, nongovernmental organizations, and municipalities to encourage economic opportunities in communities. They frequently teach in classroom settings and work with entrepreneurs and business owners to develop and market their products. Some Volunteers also teach basic computer skills and help communities take advantage of technologies that connect them to the global marketplace.

Peace Corps Education/Youth Development Info. Session - 1/19 at 5:30 - 6:30 pm             

Educate our world through the Peace Corps. Education and English-teaching specialists are needed to address global education and training needs at grassroots levels. Help improve a community's education levels, teaching methods, and language competencies, while gaining global skills for your career. Join us at this education-focused information session to learn about Volunteer experiences, ask questions about service, and gain tips to guide you through the application process.

Peace Corps Health Info. Session - 1/25 at 5:30 - 6:30 pm

Care for our world through Peace Corps. Public health specialists are needed to address issues of global maternal and child health, nutrition and hygiene, infectious and vaccine-preventable diseases, and more. Help improve a community's basic healthcare and promote healthy behaviors, while gaining global skills for your career. Join us at this health-focused information session to learn about Volunteer experiences, ask questions about service, and gain tips to guide you through the application process. Hear from Returned Peace Corps Volunteers about how their service has impacted their career in the Health sector.

Peace Corps Application Workshop - 2/1 at 5:30 - 6:30 pm

Make your application stand out from the rest. Attend this workshop to learn how to browse Volunteer openings, find the right program, and strengthen your application. You will have an opportunity to ask questions about service, learn steps you can take to improve your chances, and gain valuable tips to guide you through the application process. Recording for this event will be available upon request and not automatically distributed.
